Limited equipment is needed for most of our programs. Some workouts may use dumbbells or resistance bands, but we always offer bodyweight alternatives so you can get started right away.

All workouts are professionally prerecorded so you can train on your own schedule. Watch anytime, pause, rewind, and repeat as many times as you want.

Yes. The Family plan is designed for households that want multiple people training from the same HipUp platform while keeping routines age-aware and easy to manage.
